Linda Flowers Is A 2017 Honoree For Outstanding Achievement In Hairstyling

Linda Flowers will receive an Honoree Award for Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling on February 19th, 2017 at Avalon Hollywood.

Three nominees who create hairstyling looks for the red carpet and editorial will compete for the Linda Flowers Award For Hairstyling.

About Linda Flowers:

An executive board member of the Academy for Hair & Makeup, Linda has worked on endless projects from “Crossing Jordan,” “Dodgeball,” “Lemony Snicket,” “The Fast and the Furious” franchise: “Tokyo Drift, “Fast & Furious,” “Furious 7” and the 8th and upcoming film, “The Fate of the Furious.” She has created looks for award winning films including: “There Will Be Blood,” “Angels & Demons,” “Larry Crowne,” “The Social Network” and “Iron Man 2” and “Captain America: The First Avenger.” Styling for Jennifer Aniston on “Life of Crime,” “She’s Funny That Way” and more, Linda is also known for “Hunger Games” and “Catching Fire.” For over four years, she has worked closely with Melissa McCarthy on “Mike & Molly,” “Identity Thief,” “Tammy,” “Spy,” “The Boss” and “Ghostbusters” reboot.

Linda’s work can be seen in the upcoming Rob Reiner film, “LBJ ” starring Woody Harrelson.
